• Modalities of order, prices and information on products

Users have the possibility to make all their orders from the page www.cablests.com.
Each CABLES TS user is declared with full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all the costs resulting from the purchase of products through CABLES TS.
By clicking on the “Pay” or “Buy” button during the purchase process, the user declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by CABLES TS constitute proof of the transactions made between CABLES TS and its customers. CABLES TS will confirm your order by sending an email.
The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include transport costs. In CABLES TS there is no minimum purchase amount.
CABLES TS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the orders (subject to availability of the product).
When making a purchase in CABLES TS, the user or customer declares to have read and understood all the information related to the products purchased. This information is found on the page of each product, and includes from the general description of the operation or characteristics thereof, to technical details of use and maintenance of the product for its correct operation.

• Availability

CABLES TS will do everything possible to please all its customers in the demand of the products.
If the product is unavailable after the order has been placed, it will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.
As a result of this demand, the speed of the return in the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the “Delivery” clause.

Purchases can be made by bank card (credit and debit, VISA, MasterCard or American Express), PayPal, Amazon Pay, stripe and cash on delivery.
The bank cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The purchase price will be charged to the customer’s bank account, within 1 day from the day of the order and this will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers.

• Security

CABLES TS does not have access to bank details at any time.

• Delivery
  

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will go, whose final destination will be the address that the buyer establishes.
The transportation costs will be paid by the buyer.
The delivery can be made during the whole day, from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The estimated delivery times announced on the web may suffer alterations due to causes beyond CABLES TS, and in no case are binding or guaranteed dates.
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available in CABLES TS, once the payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: «My Orders», from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.
CABLES TS will ask its clients to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product delivered, where they will receive it within a period that will depend on the availability of the product, as well as the agency of transports.
CABLES TS will inform the customer of the delivery of the order from the distribution warehouse, by sending an email.
Each delivery is considered carried out from the provision of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package, if it had been opened or if it has obvious signs of deterioration.
Claims must be addressed to CABLES TS by email to the address that will be found on the CABLES TS website.

• Right of withdrawal
  

You have the right to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of the withdrawal.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund, if applicable, the payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from the election on your part of a delivery method different from the mode less costly ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We can withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
In accordance with current legal regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts that refer to:
a) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
b) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

• Warranty
  

The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Before making any return you must contact CABLES TS through email info@cablests.com indicating your order number. In the event that an item does not work properly or has a defect, it can be exchanged for another item that is the same or equivalent.
The warranty period for the products will be 1 -2 years. Some brands have a direct guarantee on their products, in which case the customer will be provided with the means of contact to be able to exercise that guarantee within the terms offered.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, use or improper handling, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are not included in the guarantee. Neither are defects included in the warranty for not following the instructions indicated on the website of each product or in the basic operating instructions that the product includes at the time of delivery.
The consumer must inform CABLES TS within two months of becoming aware of the non-conformity of the product, the consumer being responsible for the damages or losses actually caused by the delay in the communication.

• Liability, litigation and applicable legislation

CABLES TS could not be considered responsible for the breach of the contract concluded in cases of force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood or fire. In case of litigation, the client will be directed by priority to CABLES TS to obtain a friendly solution.
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their discretion, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.

• Modification of the general conditions of sale
  

CABLES TS reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they appear presented or located on their servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the CABLES TS page.
The members of CABLES TS that are not in agreement with the modifications of the general conditions, must notify it and, from the date on which the new version will come into effect, they must stop using the CABLES TS services. In the event of any of the terms of the general conditions were illegal or unenforceable, will be null and void and applying what was agreed by the parties and failing that set out in the Spanish Civil Code.
